Family 1st Medical's employees live and work in the areas they serve - offering clients complete 24 hour Emergency Protection. Family 1st started as a team of four in 1987 but now offers employment to more than 20 people throughout Nova Scotia. The Management team is made up of the father and daughter team of Robert Farris and Kimberley Monette. As Vice President, Robert purchased shares in Family 1st Medical in 1990, however Kimberley did not join the business until 1992.
Each Division of Family 1st Medical has a supervisor who has received training in the field they represent. As a family business and a Nova Scotian owned and operated firm -- Family 1st Medical is proud to serve the people of Nova Scotia.
